Additional Questions - Non Writeup Specific / Drowning in my car!! Help!!

Hi all...
I'm so sorry if this been posted somewhere - I did searched all over, but still could not find the answers yet..
I'm in dire need of assistance.
It's been crazy raining here in Portland, OR - dont get too surprised...
and I've been noticing QUITE A BIT of water on the passenger side floor, and it seems that it came from below since the rubber mat is dry, and it seems that its closer towards the door side.
I did my research and I've done the following:
- Cleaned the water drain from the sunroof on both sides with metal wire & did the water drain test & it works.
- Cleaned the drain under the battery and underneath the brake booster - that entire area is pretty much bone dry!
- I know its not from the AC since it's ONLY have the flooding whenever it's raining & i used my AC during summer & never had this issue.
- I noticed that there's not as much water whenever I parked the car on a decline angle face down position.
- For the life of me I could not find a line of water around the area, hence it seems that it came up from below... mind boggling...
ANY help you may impart, would be most appreciated.
