Additional Questions - Non Writeup Specific / FS KONI coilovers

Hi Guys! I figure I would put these up for anyone in the Montreal or surrounding area. They are off my wife's B6 quattro, I bought the car with the KONIs on them but she did not like it that low, so in went my old sport suspention. They are in great shape and I would like about 700$ but I am open to offers, I would prefer to sell locally since shipping would be too much$$.

Additional Questions - Non Writeup Specific / Water Meth Injectio vs. MPG???

I was wondering if running a water meth injection would possibly have as a byproduct the ability to improve MPG, if the car is running more efficent power, and you do not need to push it as hard for the same power you are used to, would it not improve the MPG? Assuming you do not develop "ledfootitis". Anyone have any experience or input?

Today I closed my drivers window and at the top of the "up" cycle the ligts decided to flash (signal lights) similar to what happens when you unloick the door with the remote, it does it whenever I hold the switch up a little too long (about a second or so). Is this normal? I know once the window is sclosed you can program the auto one touch up/down by pulling on the switch a second time, but I do not think this is it. Another fun thing, my remote keeps dropping the programming from time to time and I need to re-learn it to the car (once a week). Any ideas?

Additional Questions - Non Writeup Specific / Boost gauge conection inconsistency

I have been looking around for a bit to see where everybody is connecting their guages, some plug to the hose from the intake manafold (near the coolant connection), and others connect to the hose going to the dv. I want to connect the boost guage to get positive and neg readings, anybody have any input, before I hack into my lines...

I am going to be installing a manual boost controll with my gtrs kit, I was wondering if anyone had some info on the best results, connecting with or without the n75 valve, some do it inline and some do by bypassing it. Any experience and pics are welcome.

I saw these in eurotuner and inquired for our cars, they are not available, HOWEVER....and there is always a however, I can have them custom make them, unfortunately they will only make a minimum of 4, and the cost is roughly 40$ each. Any one interested let me know, since I will be putting a gtrs kit on my car soon, why not upgrade the gasket too... supposedly it is indestructable see for yourself at www.remflex.com, anyone with info on these please post!

Additional Questions - Non Writeup Specific / I need a new turbo, any ideas?

When life gives you lemons make lemonaid...... well i am in the process of buildiong up my daily drive 04 B6 1.8 T, and as I was removing the turbo inlet pipe, I saw to my dismay pieces of my mass air flow sensor (broken in the accident, I got the car as a salvage rebuild project)  lodged in the turbo! So after I ripped out all the chunks of plastic....stopped sobbing....then I realised it was the gift from the car gods I had been waiting for, an excuse to get a bigger turbo!!

So here is the question, anybody have any suggestions on where to get the setup and which one seems to be the best bang for your buck? I do not want to break the bank and will drive the car alot, so i thought a K04 upgrade with injectors and ecu upgrade. I had a 225 hp TT with the giac chip and was running 21 lbs of boost, it was quick enough for me,  so a similar setup on a B6 should do  and I wondered if you guys had any suggestions where I should get the "04 kit", turbo, injectors, hardware ecu prog etc. I looked at ecs and they seem ok but I wonder if it is available any cheaper, or a better kit for a similar cost. BTW the car has 18000 miles on it and is all stock. I have a FMIC already for it and intake, 007 DV.

Hi guys, I figured I would get some feedback on the aftermarket "lighter" pulleys available for the crank, any good? or not worth the money. The ones I have seen are just machined and do not underdrive the pulley set. Any feedback is appreciated. BTW 1.8T engine.

Questions About Writeups / Injector Install ---injector brand??

I am new to the A4, although I have worked on many VW and Audi, it has been mostly on past generations, I have a B6 2004, and wondered what brand or part number the new injectors were that you installed in the write up, I am planning on getting the APR chip upgrade (I+) and will install them myself, since most of the time factory parts are swapped I wanted to know if this was the case (maybe 225 TT injectors??)
