Well I don't have a Vag-com I need to buy one, any websites I should look at to purchase one? And ad for the power I feel that I have lost some so I'm going to clean out my MAF and see what that does. Then if that doesn't work going to see about the throttle body.

Will that BOV fit for 2003 a4 1.8t? Do you still have this item available?

13
Well I still haven't had a chance to fix this problem, but I did show my friend the codes that came up and he is a ex-BMW mechanic and said that it could be the throttle body. I look up the part on ecstuning.com and wow it's a bit high in price. Is there a DIY on how to install this part?

Thanks.

14
Anything on these codes that came up?

I have not tried that nor heard of it. Can I get that at a local part store? If so what is it called?

17
yeah im going to order a MAF today, i took a look at it last night and didnt look too good. also on that fuel filter i think i am going to do that at the same time. is there an website i should order from for a good price & brand?

anything on that diode 4.7v?

thanks again for this help.

18
well my buddy ran my car on the VAG and a few codes came up flow of air having some trouble. he told me to order a doide, does anyone know where i can order one of these?

plus i also switch out spark plug (NGK), and replaced a old coil pack.

19
sorry about that. but i did do a check on the coil packs, I made sure they were in all the way and made sure that they were connected right. I have not check the spark plugs, i will check that out though.  Well the car is not standard its tiptronic, but when i do use the tip on the first and second gear it does not do the vibration, just at higher speeds. as far as the performance it doesn't feel likes its there, it seems like all flow....no go. lol. but my car is at 91,000 miles now so what i was thinking is changing out the fuel pump and doing a little tune up. but today i am taking my car to a buddy to put on the VAG and see if something pops up.

ill let you all know what i find out.

thanks for the reply.

If i am at a dead stop and press the gas to go the car studders a bit. so what i do is give it more gas but when i do that the car tends to vibrate a bit. also when i get to a good speed on the freeway say like 65mph and give it more gas the car does a vibration, so i really cant get on it like i want to.

its a 2003 audi a4 1.8t

any help would be great.

thanks.
